Home Diffusers — Pure Scent & Honest Evaporation

Posted by Erla Gisladottir on

Our home diffusers are made using simple, natural ingredients for a clean, authentic scent experience. Our reed diffusers contain 100% natural alcohol, fragrance (parfum), a natural oil (varies, often sweet almond oil), and a small amount of water. We do not add harmful additives commonly used by some manufacturers to slow evaporation or alter performance.

Some customers ask why our diffusers seem to evaporate faster than other brands. The answer is simple: we don’t use those harmful evaporation-slowing additives (for example, Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane or Glycol Ether DPM Acetate) that you may find in other products. Because our formula is natural and additive-free, the liquid may dissipate more quickly—but the scent you get is purer and free from unnecessary chemicals.

How to get the best performance from your diffuser

  • Flip reeds sparingly: Flip the reeds once when first set up, then only flip occasionally to refresh scent.
  • Use an appropriate room: Larger rooms or drafty areas will disperse scent more quickly; choose placement accordingly.
  • Control evaporation: Place away from direct sunlight, heating sources, and strong drafts to extend life.
  • Refill and recycle: When the bottle nears empty, consider refilling or recycling the bottle and replacing reeds for optimal performance.

We prioritize natural formulas and honest performance. If you have questions about a specific diffuser scent, expected lifespan, or care tips for your space, we’re happy to help.
